General Healing Spell

This is a rather common spell that many people have adapted to fit their needs. I find that having a poppent of the person you are concentrating on or having one of their personal items makes the spell much stronger. I would take that item and wrip it with cotton string as you say this chant nine times.

   Wrap thee in cotton,
   Bind thee with love,
   Protection from pain,
   Surrounds like a glove,
   Brightest of blessings,
   Surround thee this day (night),
   For thou art cared for
   Healing thoughts sent in flight.
